Would it be too much if I change ball handling workouts every 2 weeks? Because I want to get better fast

Try mixing it up more, I usually have 2 ball handling routines I rotate from, It requires me to work hard while also make sure the skills I gain aren't specific to the routine. I generally switch them up basd off of my needs. If I feel one had become to easy ill scrap it and switch it for another.If my goals for ball handling change, ill switch my routines accordingly. For example at first I was looking for strength in my handle so I would put an emphaisis on pound dribbles. But now I am looking to float the ball for longer so now my workous consist of float dribbles and ball manipulation drills in order achieve that goal

I have a friend that is way faster and more athletic in general than me i almost never get by him also it’s dificiult to attack him because he has a wide base and not really a top foot most of the time also he is very low so he can easily steal my corsses. And he has long arms how can i beat him
