This addresses a bigger issue. Let's talk about the elephant in the room that Triple H has booked all tag team titles (with the exception of SmackDown only just very recently) very very poorly. The world Tag Team titles are NEVER defended and the Women's tag team titles are still a joke. The WWE Tag Team Titles were also a joke on the bootleg-line only until MCMG debuted & won em.

It might be best to put the titles on hold until the new women's IC and US champions are crowned, if not longer. I don't know if there are enough women's tag teams to justify keeping the belts around, at least for now.

i'd deactivate the tag titles they tried 35 years ago it didn't work the titles lasted from 1983 - 1989 TNA their titles lasted from 2009 - 2013 with the titles being vacted 3 times then deactivated Fast Forward to 2018 WWE brought back the womens tag titles and they were DOA because they didn't have enough teams to sustain them for 6 years they kept trying but failing Fast forward 3 years later 2021 TNA brought back the womens tag team titles and it seems to me they are having better luck but i'm not sure

@AlexisStreams The more I think about it, I agree with your logic. Are there really enough women's tag teams between Raw, Smackdown and NXT to sustain a single tag tram title? It's not looking that way too me so you're probably right. With the new women's IC and US titles, that might ultimately be the replacement for women's tag belts.

Best solution to the cursed allegations would’ve been to have Jade, Bianca & Naomi form a stable and enact the free bird rule. That way if Jade is actually injured the belts could stay on Bianca & Naomi while she heals. It could’ve even added a more compelling piece to the rivalry.

I think it’s really clear that triple h and creative doesn’t care about the women’s division, up until the fans demand it and it does something for the wwe. They didn’t introduce the women’s midcard belts because they “earned” it, it’s because the fans wanted it and if we did do that then they would have a good way to get ratings and market the shows. If triple h actually cares about the women’s division, he would push more women to be great like Shayna or Zoey or Lyra, and he would make great storylines with the tag belts. But he doesn’t care, and will only care if it boosts ratings. There is a world where the women’s division has enough talent for 2 midcard belts and a tag division on top of the two world titles they have, but with the lack of care to make them good, it’s going to fail and get no one over.

The tag titles in both the men's and women's division are never booked well... it's just that women's tag titles are booked significantly worse 😂😅. Yeah they’re cursed also because of CREATIVE and their team of writers and in the past it was usually because of Vince…. I think it’s both Triple H’s fault and also cause he doesn’t always understand the women’s evolution of WWE, I strongly suspect that he isn’t a fan of pushing just them as Vince always did…. I think also because he doesn’t know how to book them correctly as he does with mostly main eventers or low to mid carders.
