Hunter has highest stat/best roll Xur Artifice armour with 30 base mobility this week. I definitely recommend farming this weeks easy NightFall as theirs a Vanguard boost and no doubt a retro active future seasonal challenge/quest reward so farm for progress and Vanguard engrams/Ciphers as well as Strange coins even if you don't want the Wild style GL so you can quickly pick up a NightFall weapon you prefer later in the episode. ✌

Wilhe1m you should already know this but just a heads up if you don't..... Having any of your stats on your gear higher than 100 does nothing, you had 113 resilience and now you have 116 you should be trying to remove some resilience off of your boots to get your resilience as close to 100 as you can and than put those extra stat points into another attribute to raise other stats. P.S. At first glance you can make a triple 100 build with your other boots using those extra stat points, honestly your other boots are better because of this reason.

Yes I did know that, but apprecaite the feedback my friend. This was only used as a visual example for those that might not no. I would of course even out my stats for when I was actually in an activity. Do keep in mind though that start next year, there wont be any cap on stat effectiveness.

Also a tip, when you are looking at your armor, you can swap the stats from total stats to equipment stats in the lower right instead of jumping back out to the inventory screen.

10:07 so when you fully up grade armor, you get +2 to every Stat (+12 total. Then if you add a +10 mod plus another +3 from the Artifice slot then you can always guarantee a +25 total stat boost to whatever the original number is. Just so you know.

if its base 65 points in armor it goes up to 90. that's say 10 to resilience(75), plus 12 to max it out(87), and +3 for artifice slot=90. that's unless you only go up 5 on armor then it will be 85

Artifice armor only gives you a free 3 into a stat of your choice so if the roll is worse than your normal armor it is just worse.

The hunter one has a max roll on mobility though so if you need mobility it's hard to pass that up even with its not amazing rolls for disc, int and strength. Higher total stats don't matter much if it isn't in the stats you actually need.

Just run through this week honestly u can join a fireteam finder and stay back and just follow the other two ppl or the one who looks like they know what they’re doing. Check out a solo gm video they almost always go to an optimal place but honestly just join ff and u should get through easily if ur going to get hit take cover.

It’s always the same. Master is +12, mods are always the same plus +10 for mod and +3 for the artifice forged slot. So just do the math and don’t waste the resources finding out.

I main my hunter but been focusing my titan lately so getting artifice armor for it was important but then I find out 90 stat on hunter that I cannot get because I got the lowest Titan one... fury!!. Make it so I can see it all or each chara should be able to pull. Making me wait for videos or check three different characters to find the best option is not cool.

I know you've gotten a lot of comments about it already, but it's so weird that you talk about upgrading armor and slotting the Artifice slot like it's some kind of mystery gambling machine that holds some kind of eldritch knowledge newer players wouldn't understand unless you talked at them slowly about it. All you have to tell them is that it's exactly like every other piece of armor in the game, except you get to add a +3 stat mod to the armor without using any energy slots. Multiply that by 4 (well, 5 now I guess) and that's why the armor is so sought after. Who knows how that changes once Bungie reinvents the wheel with armor again just so vets have to refarm their builds from Square One, but meh.

I would personally not recommend farming for or buying artifice armor as all armor is being completely reworked once frontiers comes out. So all of our current armor will become obsolete

They will but not until next year, and they will just changed how its allocated, but stats will still be stats, so the Artifice armor you have will change, but still be good.
