I knew I had to help out this neighborhood after talking to the awesome neighbor right next door. Turns out, she works with a non-profit organization called "Community Renewal" - I got her full explanation of everything they do in the video. I will say - this yard had the WORST edges, sidewalks, and curbs I have EVER worked on - I almost QUIT - Make sure to watch until the end to see if I make it!

I appreciate that you gather the dirt and grass, and make it look like you were getting paid for the job. I see you are starting to get more followers, and it doesn't surprise me. I love the actual raking and cleaning you do. Some of the lawncare people on KZbin just leave all the tall grass laying there, especially on vacant/abandoned houses. Which drives me crazy because it just kills the grass underneath if its thick enough. My OCD really loves how you double mow and clean up the clippings. You don't do a half *** job. I like seeing it.

Wrong. In most areas, Both sidewalks and curbs fall under public ownership, managed by local municipalities. Yet, upkeep of the area, including the sidewalk, the landscaped space between the sidewalk and road, and the stretch from the property line to the curb, is the responsibility of the property owner located adjacent to these spaces. If a sidewalk is broken, and someone hurts themselves, they can sue YOU, not the city. In alot of areas, there are penalties for neglecting sidewalks and other public walkways. All owners are responsible for their standard of care and can face the penalties of neglecting to notify, protect against, or avoid impeding damage on their property.

That was really good how you found this property to put your stamp on. You put amazing strength and perseverance into this yard. It looks so good, Awesome really. The lawn looks so good, that you could lay down and stretch out and be comfortable. You keep everything in the videos, just like you do now. I know your job isn't always easy but just remember you're making someone smile and be happy that you did this for them. God Bless you, your wife and the baby in the bun! Stay healthy, my friend! I'll stop by again soon!

It's the man with The Cool Hat! Thank you for all of your hard work!!! Again I watch other channels and I appreciate their work like I do yours but yours is top notch. You always leave the areas cleaner and you pick up the clippings afterwards. It always "grinds my gears" when there are grass clippings all over that haven't been picked up but that comes from my dad who made my siblings and I rake them all up. Thank you for your hard work and your passing along blessings and giving back for what you have received. I love the conversation you had with this wonderful lady as well :) This looks like a wonderful community that you truly helped out. Blessings!!!

First of all... You're doing an amazing job of helping people out there. You are a blessing to so many. Also, love the format, don't change it. Lastly, keep up the good work. If only every town had someone like you, it would be a nicer place.

My favorite parts of these videos is the edging and seeing the huge difference it makes!

You do great work I really enjoy watching you. But instead of collecting all of the extra dirt and grass from the edges just toss it in the yard before you mow. Save on bags and reduce more plastic waste at the same time.

I agree Carlos, I think it just gives a better look at the end if there isn't a lot of dirt spread out in the yard. But I may have to start doing that because it just takes a TON of time doing it the way I have been doing it.

Love your lawnmower content. The title of this video was not kidding. Tough yard. No need to cut out any of it. Just stay hydrated. Take breaks. Drink lots of cold water. Maybe bring an extra set of clothes. Never give up.

Could you possibly put close caption on your videos please.

KZbin has been, for some reason, not generating my closed captions. That's why I am trying to do all the subtitles myself. It takes alot of work so hopefully it is helping.

Don't change anything! The blowing off gradually reveals how good it looks. Brilliant. Those curbs now make the road look so much better and wider.❤

Looks like you inspired others to get thier yard done too. I saw other companies out thier doing yards. I love the fact that you cleared the road and that you picked up grass after you mowed it. Great job! Keep the content!

This is my first video watching you go to work on this lawn and it's just incredible the hard work you put into it the before and after. I'm sure the community really appreciates it. I also happened to notice you may have even (in the background) motivated a couple of the neighbors there to mow their lawns as well. Great work!

The good Lord saw and heard you fighting with all that dust and made it rain so it would be easier for you to breathe. Amazing transformation. I love how you do your videos. The conversation in the beginning was amazing. ❤

Very cool. And regarding the raking and cleanup after, keep it in. It doesn’t happen in a vacuum and you deserve credit for all your work 😊.

What a great job on the edging! I could not believe there was a curb on that street, until you uncovered it. The yard looks great after your very hard work. Another amazing yard transformation. Be safe.
