Pokémon Go is a 2016 augmented reality (AR) mobile game developed and published by Niantic in collaboration with The Pokémon Company for iOS and Android devices. By early 2019, the game had over a billion global downloads, grossing over $3 billion in revenue. The game also had over 147 million monthly active users as of May 2018.

Been waiting for you to put a video out about how bad this event is. Saying this event is good is really unexpected. A hatching event with no wild spawns. This is such a downgrade from every other previous sustainability week event in the past. This event will be a easy skip from lazy Niantic. Not even a pokemon debut or shiny release to make up for the lack of spawns.

Kinda surprised how hyped you are for an event that’s just eggs and filed research with no good wild spawns. Yes the stardust gain is worth the grind but not a very hype grind imo. Plus you just know the field research tasks gonna be littered with “Hatch X eggs” which is no something f2p players can easily do even with 2km eggs. This really is another lackluster event with nothing much going for it aside from the stardust.

I played spotlight hour yesterday with weedle, caterpie and wurmple and it was a joke. Me and my husband drove ALL over town, hit up parking lots, checked HUNDREDS AND HUNDREDS of each spawn and not one shiny between me or him. Absolutely insane. What happened to the spotlight hours where you could actually get a shiny? I know they’re not boosted, but they are getting super greedy. If I’m going out there grinding checking hundreds and hundreds of EACH spawn and not to mention my husband as well and not ONE shiny from either of us?

If I’m out here riding around, getting out and walking, and actually playing the game, there should be some type of reward and I’m not talking extra candies or XP. I do like double stardust, but just an extra 100 stardust and you gotta sit there and catch hundreds of them to even amount to a good amount of stardust. Spotlight hours used to be fun. Evees spotlight hour I got 4 shinys! 4! Now I’m lucky if I even get one. This has become a regular thing. I’m pretty lucky in the game. I’m level 39 and it takes a lot of playing to get there. I’ve got plenty of rare shinys, hundreds of them, but spotlight hours suck. It’s not worth extra candy and xp for Pokémon that’s not really relevant, even more so I already have hundreds of candies for all three of them anyways for completing research. The rewards are just not good enough with spotlight hour.

Why? My buddy is Magmar I hatched it in a egg n never saw one in the wild never hatched another one only way too evolve is walking too get candy plus rc so half walking distance is awesome not too mention drillbur is a great pokemon n can get it in 2km eggs

@@bobbyrdayton9866 im an endgame player. After grinding 100 best buddies i lost interest entirely in the feature. I have thousands of candy for every pokemon. For some, tens of thousands of candy. I no interest in interacting with buddies. Its the kind of feature that makes me lose interest in playing. I will focus on the fun aspects of the game.

Some people doesn't realise, lack of spawns can be caused by stacked events, Rediscovering Kanto which details aren't announced yet atm.

Count, help please!!! I keep having an issue on my iPad where the adventure sync switch turns off when I leave the notification setting screen. Is this fixable? It seems like all the videos I saw on this issue are from 5 years ago and all include 7 potential fixes. I’ve tried all the ones I can with no positive result.

Any event with boosted star dust Pokémon will always be good. This is the only bonus that is appealing to almost everyone. Event the dragon event is boring for high level players.

The main issue is that I don't walk that much, and with hatch day coming on the 28th, I saved up my 9 x 2km eggs to be ready that day. And I'm sure they want us to use that eggs just before. And by using them, you'll probably need some incubators to use all eggs that are not 2km betweend 26th and 28th. I don't like that style of vicious thing...

Pretty sure it’s like it always is when it comes to egg events - the shiny boost only applies to eggs you pick up after the event starts, not applying to the eggs you currently have

@@deuceex1492 Yep, but to be efficient, I need to keep my 2km eggs to be abble to hatch them quickly in order to earn new ones easily. If I used them during next week, I will have some other eggs that are not 2km. Or I need to not gain eggs after that, or need to use incubator -so money- to hatch them.

I always stack boosted dust catch pokemon tasks and I save them for 3x catch dust day. I also love when they have these events right after 3x catch dust day because that way we don't have to wait long to restock what we just went through.

I'm looking forward to some stardust boosted Pokemon for sure. As for all the grousing about a lack of wild spawns, this event is happening at the same time as the 'Rediscover Kanto' event, so we'll have plenty of spawns for that, which explains the lack of spawns for Sustainability week.

Do we even know what's spawning? I'm reserving judgment until then... but after a solid D weekly event in Bug Week (Paras as a Field Research and Mega Heracross saved the F), this is looking similar. I like the increased shiny rates for the Hefty Bag and getting more Drilbur Candy... hopefully those will spawn (even at normal shiny rates) along with Combee (even though it is a pain). Without some feature spawns, this is a lazy effort.... they have about 4 days 8 hours from time of this comment....

I dunno what you been taking...🤣🤣 this event is the total opposite to good, it's a paywall I've literally just caught my first shiny Drilbur from my nest the other day and got my 2nd one just after spotlight hour yesterday which is a good job considering it's a pay to win in 2k eggs and I got it for free and already have the others as shiny so I'll sit this one out thanks 😂
