If you go to the townships, you will find so many good people you'd think they all should be living in nice homes in modern cities. For those that don't know what he meant when he said (I'm a coded welder) this takes lot's of training skill and practice, it's no walk in the park and requires competency in many area's can get you a £30'000 plus salary with room to grow in development and pay grade, I respect this guy plenty hearing that, I know how hard a friend worked to achieve it.
