I forgot my water bottle too, and had to plow through with cotton mouth!! Not too bad for four hours of sleep. GET IT BOY O!!!!
Routine for the day:
10 one pump burpees, one squat, one forward lunge and one backwards lunge.
5 Khaotic Push ups.
10 two pump burpees, two squats, two forward lunges and two backwards lunges.
4 Khaotic Push ups.
10 three pump burpees, three squats, three forward lunges, and three backwards lunges.
3 Khaotic Push ups.
10 Navy Seals, four squats, four forward lunges and four backwards lunges.
2 Khaotic Push ups.
10 Five pump burpees, five squats, five forward lunges and five backwards lunges.
1 Khaotic Push up.
FELT GOOD. Legs are JELLY!!!
