one of ace's biggest attributes has to be his humble innocence ! Ace is so curious and puts himself out there to try new things at the same time connecting with the people along the way ! not only the places that he takes us to to see in your videos is interesting but the thing that might be more intriguing about his videos might just be just simply watching him experience new thing in his own way ! The way Ace seems to speak his honest feeling as he interacts is refeshing because we get to see how he experiences these places in his own special way ! Americans can be so funny . For a lot of people might be familiar with the places and cultures his visits but seeing ace experience in his own way is the thing that makes his videos interesting.

Basel is sweet. The border is that tight, that there is an sports centrum at the border mid France, that is in France but is owned and run by Stadt Basel (Pfaffenholz). The local Culture on all three is an alemmanic Deutsch one mid the swabish culture (Lorrach), Alsatian (French Side) and Baselian (Swiss). The French Side has seen its local Culture heavily watered due to the flooding of many Outsiders there and the Flattening by the French State until fairly recently, of the local native Tongue, and thus, Culture. All in all though, clean and sheen Bit of the World and glad you like it!

Just a sidenote: not only are groceries typically (and often by a lot) cheaper in Germany than in Switzerland, but also you can get the VAT which you paid back the next time you go to the same store (or same chain). (For that you need a form the shop will hand you out if you ask for it, fill it out with your Swiss adress and then get a stamp on it from the German customs when you cross the border back to Switzerland. Works for (almost) everything you purchase just as long as yout spend a mimimum of 50€ per purchase.)

In Deutschspeaking Switzerland, more folks speak English than before but due to being highly regionalised and thus, outside the bury aka cities, many speak their own tongues and that's it. They always seek to try as much as they can though. McDs in Switzerland is the best from any McDs I have eaten elsewhere. As ye said, ever so fresh and has an big local Menu. Local money is Swiss Franks (CHF). Basel is ever so small as an Stadt, it has an Hinterland that has its own Administration (Basel-Landschaft). At 16:15, ye were at Barfüsserplatz (Oldtown/Downtown basically), and the Church is Basels Museum. All around there and further towards the Rhein, are shops, eateries, some clubs, and bars. It's good. Loving this Video loads 💪💪💪
