Hey Daniel get them to look at saltwater system where salt is used to filter the water sodium. This could negate the chlorine issue. I'm a basement specialist for 30 years up north and dealt with all types of building challenges! Hope this helps

I've just finished watching the last 89* Episodes (*including the every first day in the life) over the past 2 weeks and are thoroughly impressed by the amount of thought that Daniel puts into his videos. Specially the forethought of making sure that his employees are looked after, its the small things that make it enjoyable to work with an employer, Can't wait to see what else happens in the near Future... Maybe Tezza fishing off the back of the Skip boat??? that would be SERIOUS! In regards to the chlorine used for pools, nasty stuff, toxic to humans in small quantities and can form HCL in human lungs if inhaled, and they need to be properly ventilated properly. Glad some one (Craig @11:45) has taken the time to point this out, as while you don't seem to care about plant (DanX ventilation plant) until you discover it weighs a 0.5 ton, and needs a lot more room than the broom cupboard!

Correction... The 'invoice factoring' company isn't the one who's ruined the so called 'relationship'.. The company who hasn't payed is the toxic party here, and giving such company grace, and rewarding them for being late on payments will always come back to haunt you. The 'invoicing factoring' company does the work that you're not psychologically able to do for what ever reason... The companies who haven't paid you on time are the ones who have ruined the relationship by showing no respect towards you, your company, and everything that you stand for. And they will continue to act in such a way as you enable them to do so. Stop making excuses for other people/ companies and defending their flaws, you need to look after yourself by being hard and firm, but reasonable. I do enjoy watching you and your company grow, and I'm interested to see where your journey takes you. But sometimes you have to be a little bit selfish to be the one who gets out of the hole alive.

Also, as much as the idea of taking a 5% reduction for a weekly payment sounds inviting, is it viable in the long run? You're selling yourself short again and giving in to other peoples/ companies toxic behaviour. You have put yourself in this financial position by not being true to yourself by accepting and promoting how easy you are to manipulate. Say you have a weekly bill of 50k that proceeds for 8 weeks as mentioned... You're selling yourself short of 20k and you're letting them (and us, and who ever else is watching) know that. If you want to be elite, you have to know you're worth.

Get away from using a chlorine system and put in a ionizer or bioizer system for the pool. Still runs chlorine but at less than 0.5ppm its often called Naked swimming as its like swiming in fresh water.

I always gave a discount to customers who paid with 7 days of receipt of invoice in CASH, then I didn't have to wait any longer for the cheque to clear. If they wanted to pay by cheque that was fine but it had to be earlier. Cash came in handy as I paid my staff in cash and then didn't have to pay bank charges for drawing cash.
