Daniel can I suggest you try for your bad shoulder, boil some water add some turmeric & cinnamon fresh or ground. add a touch of ginger and some honey.. make sure its the first thing you drink in the morning... before you take any pain killers.... see if it works better than the pain killers... That will help your shoulder and its all natural. let me know how you get on.

I've got the same pain in the same area, the left shoulder rotator cuff. Got it a few months ago; hurts when my arm is moved into certain positions, and can not reach back as much as my other arm can. Got an X-ray but my primary care doctor wants me to do an MRI also. Can't sleep on my left shoulder as it pains when I turn around. Doctor said the shoulder rotator pain is just something that some guys get at a certain age, nothing can be done, that it may get worse but will eventually go away, but will take a long time to do so. I move machine shop equipment every now and then, requiring me to lift and man handle stuff, which is a big problem due to the shoulder.

Watch the sparks off the grinder on the bodywork/ paint and also the camera lens don't forget sparks are red hot metal debris an they do melt into bodywork/paint an also glass! They leave a rough gritty feel to paintwork and also an oily stain after some rain or damp mornings!

I remember in the older days to drive a dumper truck to turn right you moved the steering wheel to the left and to turn left you moved the steering wheel to the right and things got totally out of hand if someone or thing jumped out in front of you and you had the steer around it fast
