@don_husam last year we were winning ugly but they say style of play is what matters. This year we play well but can not finish i.e brighton Palace and now its the results that matter. They were even saying trophies do no matter after the fA cup. It is the hypocrisy and agenda against the manager.

I will tell you why the manager needs to be blamed. The chances that Man Utd created were more or less half chances. That garnacho shot that hit the bar was actually a hard chance to execute, hitting that with the half volley is difficult. You could argue that over the entire 90 mins, Crystal Palace created the best chances with Eze and the double onana save. The problem is we don’t create enough clear cut chances because our style of play is poor. With a better manager we would have created better chances which would have resulted in more goals. Additionally, the last 30 mins we struggled to create anything of significance after he took off zirkzee, Amad and Ericksen who were our 3 best players in terms of creativity. Therefore, the manager should be blamed for the lack of identity and poor substitutions towards the end of the game! With a better manager, we could have had another Barnsley scoreline!

I agree with most of what you said except you saying Zirkzee was bad. If you watched the game we played our best game we have played in the last how many seasons till Zirkzee was subbed. He links up play beautifully amyd is great technically. He also works tirelessly off the ball and is at the head of our press ehich excellent for 70 minutes. When Rashford came in we lost all momentum as he doesn't even look like he cares let alone do any pressing. And Bruno should have been subbed instead of Eriksson.

Loosing 2 points to a weaker team like CP will cost United at the end of the season. Top clubs including Villa & even Chelsea will cook United this season, I guess. The games against Newcastle & Tottenham will test United's real strength, IMO.
