His a fantastic newscasters sir Trevor McDonald my mum and dad used to watched him in seventies also I watched him on news at ten in the nineties

The March 2003 bit was intriguing when Trevor told the viewers he must take cover and wear a gas mask.

Great insight into Sir Trevor on ITN. Such a pity the brand 'ITN' was replaced by "ITV News". Time for a rebrand

The important thing is that ITN is still the producer of the national news service - and also of some editions of the Exposure and Tonight current affairs programmes - on the ITV Network.

I'm a white (trash) guy, I don't know if this is appropriate of appropriation - so I'm asking??? I'm not even going to attempt the voice, just "imagine this dude is speaking" and base one of my Dungeons&Dragons characters on him - and narrate some "nerd stuff", he'll be a "town representative". Plus it's a pretty cool video historically. When I was "really little" maybe 5 or 6 years old and I remember thinking he was "the Prime Minister" and that - it was the PM's "job" to tell us everything that had happened in the world that day. He'd have made a great PM. Anyway - if it's not "ok" I'm open to not "doing it". Cute memory though - if I say so myself.
