I don't blame Herrine, I would be "fan girling" also, I have Dominique's cookbooks and have attempted to make most of the desserts in them, including the infamous Cronut! I would probably be a 65% as well and I have a degree in Culinary Arts from Johnson and Wales, LOL! (Not as a Pastry Major🤷😉😉) They are both true Culinary Artists, Engineers, Chemists, and Business Men. Not many people can say they are all of those rolled into one!!!
