Roger That Dom. Glad this question came up. I purchased one of your Gen one Low Pro Low Vis belts in Black with grey logo almost a decade ago (I could be out by a few years) but either way I’ve had it with me on several Deployments, On leave at home, On holiday…. It’s well worn and wel traveled to say the least. It is genuinely my go-to belt when in a littoral low vis environment. An excellent bit of kit that I highly recommend to anybody extremely versus hail and absolutely deadly in the right hands and as you say, as with all things train with it just like any other tool. God Bless You And Yours Brother. From a former U.K. Commando.

The gentleman with back issues! Read this: To keep it short, I have 5x the back issues you mentioned. Spondylolithesis, bulging discs, arthritis etc. A real life very good physical therapist will be your best asset. Surgery is not always a cure all. Do your research. That being said, if you want to be as minimal pain as possible and also have a physical lifestyle. It takes maintenance. But its individual. For me I can no longer do takedowns, and I only train jits once a week. The other 6 days a week are stretching, physical therapy, DDP yoga etc. In the military I see a lot of other folks with spine injury not keep up on their physical therapy. You will basically have todo PT every day. But if you want to be an asset and do combatives etc, most physical therapist will tell you that is what is required. You cannot handle the volume of a healthy person, so throw your ego away and do whatever combative for you looks like with your new condition. You got this man.

How is that belt any different than a blackjack? They're illegal where I am.

Nice one. Maybe you can address cognitive dissonance in an episode?
