"POP, pop, pop, pop" the audacity. She doesn't have one album that's similar to the other. From RNB, to funk, to pop, to alternative RnB, to experimental techno pop, to other various genre on Lemonade. That man didn't seriously listen to any Beyoncé album. Now her Renaissance which is dance hall, ballroom etc.

No two Beyonce albums sound alike tho...that's growth. And 4 was a proper R&B album when the industry was heading in a pop/EDM direction. I guess that person never actually listened to her albums.

Beyoncé is one of few artists that continues to elevate and outdo herself each era. Each project there’s a significant amount of growth that she displays. I really think that y’all should really check out “4” Beyoncé fourth album. It’s not as popish as you would think coming from a pop icon. But Beyoncé isn’t the type of artist that you would place in a box . She literally has done just about every genre of music and did it exceptionally well. I agree that “lemonade” is a masterpiece! But each and every Beyoncé album represent something completely different. With “lemonade”Beyoncé opening up more than ever about her personal life & musically, she experience with just about every genre in music. Along with its incredible storytelling, and poetry is probably one of her most important project ever….. Also, lemonade wasn’t Beyoncé surprise release album. it was the album before lemonade self-titled “Beyoncé”that was The surprise release. Thank you gentlemen so much for the love and support for the queen of music. I enjoy watching y’all.

I understand what the guy was saying about lemonade being an album where she showed the most growth. I think she has shown growth on every album. However, lemonade was the first album that was extremely intimate, and vulnerable. That was the biggest difference with this album. The album was a masterpiece. The concept, the story. One of her best albums.

To have your first baby, your rainbow baby at that, by a man you gave your heart to, a man you have given your music/life's work too, a man you trusted to take care of you, and he cheats on you when your child is only months old. That's what this album is. It's the answering of a question. With therapy, with true love, with work, can a relationship heal after cheating? For her and Jay it worked, and he got his act together. That's why he's at every concert now, and they did both OTR tours. I truly don't think we would have Rumi & Sir if she hadn't put her heart&soul&healing into this album. That's why she should have won that grammy, it was more than music. 'Sandcastles' alone shows her true healing. Sometimes, what you build washes away, and you have to rebuild on safer ground, not on the sand. Ugh this album is so crazy good.

75% of Beyoncé hater don't even listen to the album, they assume one song they didn't feel that mean everything is the same.. if I don't feel anyone's musical, I will not say the person can't sing, what I will say this is not my top music, is for someone else, I never realy listen to more than 4 songs of J Jackson or Tylor S but that doesn't mean the son is bad I am not into that kind of music, we have to respect someone else work. These singers put so much work for what they do. I respect them. If we have 10 singers and 10 songs with your eyes, blind folder. We all will choose what like.

if you listen to 4 which is released in 2011 you'll find out she started to explore genres like pb r&b and afro; and in 2013 she did trap songs (when trap beats were not as popular as after it did), and dived into pb r&b. If you listen to her album as a whole, you'll discover how she kept growing in music. Maybe only some pop songs went to radio, but what her albums as a whole is truly masterpiece and diverse.

Beyoncé grows with each album as an artist for sure but she’s never been a “pop” artist. Her only real pop album in the sense of the sound is I Am Sasha Fierce and even that album has heavy R&B influence as well as other genres. Yes she’s grown with each album in terms of content and depth but even so she’s always at the peak of whatever her current state of artistry is. With that said, her songs that are more pop tinged are ones that always go to radio but that’s not her fault so I understand thinking that that is her sound but as a whole she rarely does strict pop. Her sound is uniquely her own for sure in the way that she genre blends on each singular song. This was a great video though!

The man with the navy blue cap was talking crazy in the beginning, you can't accuse Beyoncé of not growing as an artist and only doing pop music with an album run from 2013 of Beyoncé: Self-Titled, Lemonade, (The Gift/Black is King), and Renaissance. I don't mean to be bullish about it but that is extremely disingenuous.

And yes despite her 32 Grammys give this woman best album of the fukin year bruh ❤❤❤❤ fuk day!! Lemonade fire!!! Woman singing and making it look soo easy singing and dancing and walking in high ass heels like yoooo I know some of y’all don’t like her but that’s personal with the bewitching and her being private but yooo entertainment wise, her songs are a BOP and she never quit despite having kids. She gave us full on entertainment. I’m still waiting for RI RI to drop something sooo yea… love Rihanna but Queen bey, is worth the ticket.

I understand what Olli means, the perception he kept as Beyonce artistry is mainly the type of songs she did in DC and at the beginning of her solo carreer. What he ignores is that She switched it up in all the ways between 2000 and 2010. Her image, her lyrics, her sound and even started cursing. She startedbto sing about social problems and things that were not "good" for her career and image.

You really have to get into beyonce she's literally the most versatile artist not one of her albums sound alike at all you can always tell when people don't listen to her albums and just give bs opinions based on nothing at all.

It was rumored that before Destiny’s Child came out with their first album, 🎉her dad had them jogging on the treadmill, with heels on, and singing to teach them how to keep their stamina up when performing.
