I would recommend cycle syncing to anyone with a uterus. I have PMDD and endometriosis meaning that my periods are more painful than most, I get PMS symptoms earlier and more intensely. For me, it was necessary because it largely impacts my quality of life. Even now I still have my sometimes debilitating symptoms but at least now I know when to expect them and why I’m acting like a crazy person lol The months that I take care of myself and tailor my health and “exercise” (I do not exercise but I have a very physical job XD) - those months I feel better and my PMDD symptoms are closer to manageable. Highly highly recommend anyone interested looking into it, it has given me my life back and I’ve learned so much about myself along the way :) Also, loved the vid, good to hear from you again! 🌸

I used to watch you all the time. I honestly have not watched one of your videos in about a year, almost 2. The Lord definitely works in mysterious ways because after watching this video, I did feel more at peace and found to have a bit more positivity. I am an elementary school teacher who is heading back to the classroom. Something that has been weighing heavy on my heart is knowing that I will be working with others who tend to spread negativity. This has made me feel more anxious about the year. Seeing how you were in this video and the positivity that you shared had me feeling so happy. I definitely want to strive to be a more positive person in my environment, with others, and try not to let other actions to me so much. God bless. 🙏🏼

Your videos are better than half of clonazepam 🥰 yeap my anxiety is out of the place again, and there is so much peace and joy and love in your videos ❤ thanks for create this kind of content…and btw talking about anxiety I found your channel because of it years ago…now I need to take antidepressants and it has been hard to accept they are the best option for me…well actually one of the last options because I have tried many… I would love a video talking about your experience with antidepressants if you have been taking it, how many years on and off etc because my biggest fear is I get better but later I can’t stop them and I am not a mom yet…and be a mom is dream for me…but I really need to be in a better mental health stage and in better shape to be a mom…Idk a video about those fears when starting antidepressants related with sexuality and be a mom should be very helpful for me…of course if you want to share it

We just came back from vacation ourselves and I was so happy to watch this video, once we got home!🙂 I have been into health and wellness for years now and since I became a Mama, I completely understand how difficult it can be to keep up those healthy habits. I really enjoy the fact that you just try to incorporate the little changes that work for you on a daily basis and how you have learned to reintroduce a new way of healthy living into your life, now that you're a Mama... which is exactly what I have learned to do for our family! You are doing a great job!!💛

Michelle- I think Connor is going to be an early talker!! He's vocalizing so much, is 'noisy' (which is a great thing!) with his attempts to vocalize and babble, he seeks your attention in so many ways already. Babies always imitate gestrures before first words so if you want to have fun encouraging first words model all of the gestures you can while communicating with Connor (clap hands, wave bye bye, high fives) I'm a pediatric Speech therapist and want to encourage you that you are doing everything right! If you want any other suggestions just let me know- happy to help but I truly think you'll be hearing first words sooner rather than later with your active and vocal baby boy!
