Having a DLI doesn’t mean your school qualifies for PGWP. You should look up on the website whether your school and program qualifies for PGWP. Many people make this mistake and assume that a DLI means they can get PGWP. DLI just means the school is registered with the government.

Someone probably said this already but in Quebec college can have a different meaning because college used to just mean a catholic school in french, therefor even though it's called a college, it is most likely a secondary school or a cégep. Also even if it's called a "collège", it doesn't mean it is a catholique school, it means that it used to be. One last thing, if you're participating in an exchange programme from let's say France and your in your first years of university, you will most likely be put in a cégep which is equivalent to 12th and 13th grade (if you have that) and the first years of university.
