I’m a Christian and believe in work and not being lazy. But, sometimes, as in my case, people struggle with health issues. I live alone and keep my house tidy. But, I feel guilty that there is so much more that I want to do. But, right now, my health prevents me from doing it. I pray that God understands and will heal me so I can work and serve Him more and better. 🙏🏻

Completely understand! Work isn't measured to God as much as our hearts and motives are:) He sees what is our best even if other don't see it... I have an autoimmune system disease, fibromyalgia, alpha-gal syndrome... I have two Littles and am expecting a rainbow baby the end of September... my best right now maybe doesn't measure up to someone else's best, but it is my best and that's what God sees... God has giving me such a good husband that sees my best as well and helps me so often when he gets off work! My little girls 5 and 4 years old, are a huge help as well. Just this morning my five-year-old was vacuuming for me cuz she said she saw the floor was getting messy and she wanted to help me :-) they're often trying to wash dishes or put clothes away for me, telling me that I don't feel very well so they will help me... I'm very blessed! I feel guilty often myself, but I'm so thankful that my family does see my best and it relieves me of some of the guilt... ❤

I have severe health issues. I do my best, but just not able to keep my house perfect. Even my husband understands. I was a homemaker and worked outside the home full time. I get to be a Momma, wife, and Grandma. Most of all, I get to be a daughter of the King of Kings!

This is somthing God has shown me.Just be thankful in all things.I had to cook for siblings when I was very young, cooked all my life even my jobs mostly. Ive said I hate cooking. But I thought. God I thank you that Ican and have food to do so.God is absolutely good.Ive said I hate going to the grocery store, but instead now. Im thankful for my car my health and money and freedom to do so.we need to be thankful. So thank you young lady. God bless you richly

I’m always fed by your walk with the Lord. It’s interesting how some believers use the scripture as a navigating sword.. as you communicate in all your videos. I am really loving the new direction of your channel, I get to be a homemaker also but I realized I've been taking that for granted. I am supposed to go back to work in about 9 months when my youngest turns 18. I don't really want to, I want to continue to be a full-time homemaker. Do you think it’s ok to have times to be lazy? When my kids were babies sometimes I was sick and just had enough energy to be awake with them, change diapers and make meals for them, but now they are older and I appreciate being a stay at home mom. Right now it’s summer break and I’m fully enjoying not homeschooling. I have been living like we are busy as a family for 2 days we rest for a day busy for 2 days rest for a day. Right now being the focus of family time and getting out of the house while I am also recovering from anxiety and panic attacks and learning to live out of fear again… my husband is away and I’m trying to find joy in the alone time that God has set before me. I’m really taking advantage of resting from being a housewife. I enjoy being a housewife but sometimes the stress of making sure the laundry is done and the house is clean Dinner is ready… I’ve been releasing the stress of it and taking these days at a slower pace. Today I woke up heavy in the discomfort of my cycle though. I am laying in bed with a heating pad trying not to throw up. Now I’m wondering if that’s ok? If God is dissapointed in me right now with resting today, and taking time to relax from housework duties. I’m not letting the house get dirty… I’m just not keeping to my normal daily set of chores.

Being sick is not being lazy. Resting is also not laziness. Only you and God can determine if you’re actually purposefully avoiding your duties in a lazy way
