If you like pinto beans look for the Better than Boullion Sofrito seasoning. I usually cook 2 cups of dried pintos in my Instant Pot, then add a table spoon, more or less depending on taste, of the Sofrito seasoning. Oh my goodness! The taste is phenomenal.

When I make pancakes I will make them with protein powder or use Greek yogurt as a liquid. It’s a great way to get in the protein.

This is still inflation or corporate greed, take your pick. Prior to the pandemic, wholesale items averaged $10 each (I think we live in similar markets) so if you bought 157 items, it should be surprisingly close to $1,570 if prices were back to normal.

“Hack” for the Oikos (because I think most sugar-free food is gross as is)… mix in a little honey and the other big tub of Greek yogurt, though I recommend full fat because it’s good fat and satiating. My kiddos love this cause it tastes amazing (thick, sweet, and variety) but I love it cause it’s the best ingredients AND super nutrient dense if you grab FULL FAT Greek yogurt to mix in… :)

I did really well I buy the Kirkland grass fed butter from New Zealand no 1 country for dairy and New Zealand organic honey it’s creamy so I’m best honey in the world. I love cost co but very dangerous if u go hungry or no shopping list

I would love to know how the pizza was. My kids don’t like frozen pizza but I like easy meal. But maybe if we make a pizza together they might like it? (I grew up eating that cheap square pizza and still think it taste good😂 back when I was young I think it cost a $1)

I do 1 tbsp per cup of coffee. I have TOTALLY noticed a difference. My knee used to hurt and stopped hurting about 3 days after we started using it
