Defo Cat Deelay’s doppelgänger! When I watched the interview this morning on This Morning I wondered why no one mentioned afterwards or even before interview about uncanny similarities between the two ladies!

It should be noted that micro-dosing is possible for those who are using the GLP1 drugs for weight loss. For those who are using it to control glucose levels, however, micro-dosing can be counter-productive. To control glucose, the dose needs to stay in the therapeutic range and a micro-dose might not be able to do that.

To be honest, the money I've saved by not buying snacks/takeout food all the time easily pays for the pen about 3 times over per month. I'm on the higher strengths now and I've not paid more than £150 for a single pen by shopping around and accessing new customer deals with all the different private providers.
@aurora692011 күн бұрын
@coolstorybrooooo7643 so £150 a needle and paying for private healthcare? I don't see how buying cheap food costs more. Although that's great it's worked out for you, if all it does is decrease your hungry maybe I can do that for free

An addiction and lifestyle choice is simply being replaced with something else, once they stop this drug, whatever it was surprising will cease and therefore be required again. It's like fast foods or sugars, they all contain things that kick start the chemical reactions within us, stop taking them and your body starts shouting out for them so you have to take in something else or feel compelled to "have just a little" instead. It's about making changes that don't rely on another chemical or another addictive substance. Abstinence and willpower are the only things that will truly rid you of an addiction or lifestyle habit

She is massively overpaying if that is £180 per month for a 2.5mg pen. Even more so if she is using the pen for 2 months. I didn't think the drug could be prescribed in this country to micro dose so I assume she got it in the 1st place as she was in the overweight BMI of 27+ with a weight related health problem and is now on a maintenance plan.
@coolstorybrooooo764311 күн бұрын
On 15mg and usually they are £200 but I've not paid for more than £150 for any single pen in 6 months. She is Indeed overpaying. Some 2.5mg pens are £95 at the moment.
@elf996713 күн бұрын
That’s dosing one week and not the next . Micro dosing is usually done weekly as after a week it’s then out of your system. Most people that microdose just use half a dose a week . Maunjaro pen for example , a full dose is 60 turn clicks of the pen . So half a dose is 30 clicks .
@Suiiii2930713 күн бұрын
Doesnt the pen have an expiry date? Designed for 4 weeks but then being used for 8?

I've tried 2 diets that worked for me. The 4-2-1 diet and the Random Diet by Dr. Fernández. The Random diet actually made me lose 19kgs in 4 months! It's 2 months since and I haven't gained any of it back!

@StellaKnights13 күн бұрын
the pens have 4 doses and only last 6 weeks once opened , so if youre half dosing you can only use the first 3 doses over 6 weeks then you will have to throw the pen away and lose a dose
@coolstorybrooooo764311 күн бұрын
No thats not true, the pens guidance is 30 days once opened and thats because of risk of reusing the same pen not from the medicine losing efficacy. The medicine will happily sit in the fridge till the expiry date on the pen.
