I don't know how you call it in English (nonstick pan perhaps?). We call it antiaderente (anti-adherent) and it doesn't stick at all. Personally I use ghisa pan (cast iron) and it's fantastic.

@@saelind73​​⁠ Ma anche io, come credo la maggior parte della gente, uso una padella antiaderente per fare quelle cose. Lui qua invece ha usato una padella dove praticamente l’uovo è rimasto gran parte attaccato sul fondo. E questo con quella padella appare anche in televisione a fare delle uova strapazzate. Come a dire…. guardate signori come l’uovo rimane ben attaccato sul fondo della padella ? 🤦🏻‍♂️

there are thousands of way to make egg. even famous chief don't say this is 'THE' way. some people don't like white in scramble egg. that is your preference. some like it running, some like it cooked.
