I have social anxiety and today I went into a supermarket on my own for the first time, easy for any one else but so scary for me! I only got one thing from the shop but I kept checking that I had the right money and stuff, no full on panick attack though!:)

Youssouf Diallo don't be it's hard but it's something worth talking about because it can takeover, tell someone because you will thank yourself later in life. I wish you the best in your life and don't fell like you have to live with it. Xx

Yeah I felt that too. When asked how she deals with it is just to get over it and do it... Isn't that what people do anyway!?!
