Hey Chad. Greetings from Australia. Please remember to put some rubber isolators between the tank and the straps. This is a good budget build and love your “work with what I have got” attitude.

I kept stuff too, but when i needed it, i couldn't find it. I'd go to town to get it, and then sometime down the road, I'd accidentally find it.

Even pronounced my last name correctly which so many don't. You not only made my day, but an entire week. Will send link to all my friends to watch. You just made me celrebrity. Many thanks Chad!

@@ThisNThatGarage Stacy David is building the same car on his show. I would really like to see him have to accomplish the same task working in the same conditions you are. I think he could learn a lot from you. Even though he's a famous television star. his 1940 business coupe is getting an entirely different frame suspension and engine donated by sponsors. Would probably be an easy job for anybody if all that stuff or just give them to you

I think that carb kept you busy enough so I'd call it progress, just hope you remember to vent that gas tank so it doesn't vapor lock on ya, a simple tube from the top of the tank to the filler neck works pretty good but that rack leak is a first for me, I've never seen that before, I knew I go manual for a reason and that just reminded me why, nice work Chad I dig it

Hey hey y'all! Hope everyone's doing well and having a great week! Mr Chad it's awesome how the ol' '40 is coming along! Although it's turned into 700 gazillion parts with probably at least a bazillion or more to come, I've been enjoying every one & certainly look forward to seeing what's next! Remember to like and share to help out Mr Chad's channel so he can keep bringing us these wonderful videos! Much love guys! 💙🙏🏼 Lil Milwaukee vacuum came in clutch I noticed 😂 You know you've made an impact on people when they send you things that they believe will help you with your everyday journey with your work here (and beyond)! 💙💙💙 Also, just outta my own curiosity, if you were to make both fender brackets the same length, would that not push the passenger side out to where it's even on both sides? 🤷🏻‍♂️

Absolutly enjoyed and enjoy your videos Chad, there is something i am concerned about and thats is your health, may i advice you to use some kind of ventilation in your shop. You heat it by burning diesel or petroleum and all the exhaust fumes stay in your shop, also using the plasma cutter aint that good to aspirate the fumes as well. Best regards from Belgium.
