Super Junior is the only group that has the talent to direct MVs and concerts by themselves. These two MVs were directed by Super Junior's member Shindong. Two members of Super Junior are professional directors. Shindong has directed many MVs, performance videos, and concert VCRs for his group and for other artists. Eunhyuk is the director of Super Junior's huge concerts and world tours. Additionally, Eunhyuk has directed concerts and musicals for other artists. Super Junior's Eunhyuk and Shindong were even the directors & producers of the world's first ever online-only paid concert (Beyond Live) and were invited as honorable speakers for Seoul Digital Forum. And according to vocal technique experts, Super Junior are The Kings of vocals in the industry too 👑 This group is very talented and iconic.

This is Love and Evanesce are supposed to be two sides of love. Like the beginning and the sad end. Shindong is really good on these two MVs; the overall storytelling was genius. And the DETAILS. I wish he direct something like these again. Also, these songs are much better live. More angst, more emotionally charged.

As you see despite being 2nd gen SuJu still has a very active fandom, called ELF. So you won't regret doing SuJu in terms of views and engagement, not to mention their huge entertainment value esp for a director, because they are not just singers and dancers, but actors, mcs etc - and some of them are even directors themselves. :)

I love the reactions to Super Junior! It is a very complete group and they are a universe, you have different sub units where you can find a lot of genres, really... A lot. From them as a group, the sub units, them as soloists. oh! and for a better experience and enjoyment try to react to their live performances... i absolutely love this reaction. unlike another reactor that leans more into the technicality of the video (Genkilla. his videos are top tier, but the technicality is not very up my alley), you goes into detail of your interpretation/theory based on the MV, and you are not far off actually! the first song is about what is love, and how love is embedded in everything around us when we are loved and in love. the second song is about how even the greatest, most beautiful things can still be ruined and disappear. wonderful video, i will totally comeback for more, esp if there are more videos on 2nd gen idols (tvxq, super iunior, snsd,...)

Your response to Siwon was so amusing. He's always been regarded as one of the handsomest male celebrities, and currently he's probably the most mature and manly looking idol, and his style is more classical and understated rather than Kpop. He's a successful actor and model on the side. Definite daddy and gentleman vibes. Almost difficult to believe that he once was a "flower boy" too when he was younger (that's the term for the boyish, somewhat "feminine" idol ideal). Siwon and Leeteuk (my bias :)) taking their shirts off in concerts is iconic. I'm the last person to be into muscles or male strippers, but there's a reason SM invented the concept of the "visual" and those two gentlemen are certainly eye catchers. Despite having one of the best physiques ever, Siwon is a bit shy about it, but Leeteuk is the complete opposite, he's often roasted by the members for being an "attention seeker", one might even call him an exhibitionist, it's a hilarious running gag when he shows some skin. They have a knack for making such stuff charming and funny rather than aggressive and cheap, that's why it works so well with many women.
