Whiff is here! And far from stinking, this looks to be another great translation of the AEG engines into toy form!

I honestly like that Whiff is kinda squashed and tiny, because Whiff is around the size of Thomas, but Thomas is taller than him in the original show. In AEG they said "feck that" and made him bigger.

just got salty recently, finally, and made me think about how weird the distribution is right now we in the uk have salty, ashima and edward coming in may, us has edward and toby, Australia has whiff but no bruno. it's weird and annyoing lol i want whiff he's a cool guy

Whiff is actually rather taller and is like an inventor/uncle figure of the smaller engines in AEG, but that said, it's great to see you getting Whiff at last. Toby is possibly one of the tallest AEG PA in the range, since you're yet to find out. Btw, i don't think you have found the Green Troublesome Truck.

No I haven't, nor have I found salty or ashima - they seemed to have skipped AU :/

@@XtremeTrainz+ Huh. The UK only got Henry, Green Troublesome Truck and Ashima, but no other engine afterwards. I happen to have Bruno, along with Thomas (except they were previously released in 2021)

Ashima didn't skip AU, my friend who lives in said country actually found an Ashima at Big W I believe, It could just be for your location.@@XtremeTrainz

Whiff selling more than Harold and Toby makes sense. Whiff is one of the most prominent returning characters in All Engines Go Season 2, appearing in more episodes than Salty, Ashima, Terence, and even Toby. They are really trying to push Whiff into being a more important character and it seems like they’ve succeeded. I suspect the days of him reusing other characters’ molds are over. It’s definitely interesting to see how such a minor character like Whiff can shoot up in relevance so soon in such little time.

That's really interesting - I have not had much luck finding a reliable place to watch AEG, so I've really only seen the first half of season 1, and even then, there were a few references to Whiff before he was even properly introduced!

@XtremeTrainz Yup, that’s because Whiff was originally planned for Season 1 but they didn’t have enough budget to include him so he just went mentioned for a while until Season 2.
