Was that Arthur at Wellsworth? And who was that engine that raced behind STH?

In terms of the engine that passed by TFC, that's a story for another day. And yes, that was indeed Arthur, he was just on loan at the time to help with the traffic on the Brendam branch at that time. And as you saw in that scene, Edward was being fixed up.
