Very difficult to get past the Halloween colors, but what a handsome beautifully designed machine. Coffee and berry stains are nearly impossible to remove, especially coffee. A friend spilt coffee on a carpeted floor mat in her brand new car and I tried everything to get it out to no avail. (Not that I'd allow drinks in MY car...).

Hi, thanks for your video. Would you recommend this machine over the Bissell Hydroclean complete?
@julianweiser99853 жыл бұрын
Anytime... Bissell is made in China. Got the Spotclean and its cheaply made. It also has maybe a third of the suction of this machine.

I need help. I founded this machine in my country and I want to buy something. I want to earn money with that. I found this: Thomas Multi Clean X10 and Karcher 3001 What is your recommendation? Thanks
@ibaisaic Жыл бұрын
If you want to earn money by cleaning you need to buy a commercial model as the domestic machines will not stand repeated heavy duty use.
@andrewschannel36353 жыл бұрын
You made no mention of that it is made in Germany, or that it seems to have the unusual feature of allowing the pump to run without the suction motor being switched on, so you could just use it as a spray, with the vacuum turned off? If anything I have said is wrong please correct me.
@ibaisaic3 жыл бұрын
This is not the only video I have made on the Thomas vacuum and I believe I mention it's made in Germany in the unboxing video. The feature of using the pump without the suction motor is not unusual as most of the pump operated carpet washers I have can do this, even models from the 1990s.
@mariabatesaki74013 жыл бұрын
It will be better if you can include the prices for every item you demonstrate.
@ibaisaic3 жыл бұрын
I don’t show prices as they change all the time and they will vary from country to country. If it’s available on Amazon I put a link below the video.

Yeah, the mieles cost somewhere around 250$ here, whereas in the states they are close to a grand.

Hi, its been a while and I take it you are not going to make any more videos about the Thomas Aqua Plus vacuum cleaner. This is a pity because there are not many good comparisons of this vacuum and this brand to other brands for geeky internet shoppers. If you are not going to make any more videos on it, can you please write a small objective review on it for me, I am thinking of purchasing this model and am seeking validation =). Btw, they also have an interesting multi cyclone boxes for this type of vacuum called Dry Box, from the little subjective reviews ive seen on the internet their cyclone technology is performing above average, too bad there are no objective, more experimental reviews on this brand because it is largely missing in the western markets.
@ibaisaic2 жыл бұрын
I will be making another video when it’s convenient for me because I want to sell it. I’m not a huge fan of this machine but then it doesn’t suit my home. If you have mainly hard floors it could be worth considering.
@ivanfisun14142 жыл бұрын
@@ibaisaic thank you for answering, does it do bad on carpets? I'm looking for a high quality universal vacuum, for vacuuming a small apartment with hard floors and carpets. I want the washing feature because I have a small child and a cat, so I want the capability of cleaning furniture and carpets of spills. I'm in Europe btw so we have different brands here compared to the US, Samsung, Thomas and Carcher and dyson are the most prevalent. No Henry's here, and Hoover's are rare, meilies are sold here but they are very expensive. Also I'm mainly interested In the dry box accessory they sell, for me it seems like a good engineering solution and it seems to have better cyclone filtration then most vacuums if have researched. Would you say this vacuum would make a good universal vacuum?

🤨 - I wonder how the water is separated from the air; how they flow through the tank and how the overfill float cuts off the air/vacuum. Unfortunately the transparent part of that tank is hidden by the vacuums body, we can only see the top where the air comes out through the transparent dust bag lid. With those upright carpet washers that have the transparent dirty tank - you can see the water being separated from the air and how it flows into it.
@AfterDark333 жыл бұрын
I believe the way they do it is simply by having a slow air path. All the grilles on the top of the tank mean that the air coming out of the tank is moving slowly in comparison to the air going in, the water stays in the compartment via gravity.

Has anyone tried using normal high-quality soap in their machine? The bissell cleaning solution is quite expensive and there are most likely better and cheaper alternatives available.

You can use any solution as long as it’s low foaming and designed for carpet washers. Saying that, I recently used a clothes detergent pod inside this Thomas and it worked fine, removing an old coffee stain from my carpet.
