This is troubling to my soul…I’m 1st Generation American, to Jamaican parents 🇯🇲. Jamaica is my second home, and it really bothers me that the Slaves OUT NUMBERED these white people. They did not come together to kill these people. Today, we are Still divided sadly.
@cognitionup52112 ай бұрын
My dear since the enslavement period a number was worked on the Jamaican enslaved which to date is still manifesting itself among our people. There are some who literally thinks and speak that we should forget this our ancestors story!

jamaica had the most revolts/wars against slavery, more than any other colony. You can look it up.
@simonjusticier333Ай бұрын
@@jamaicanprincess4124BS, that credit goes to Haiti. In fact, Jamaica is still not an independent country. King Charles is head of state, who appoints a governor to the island. Jamaicans vote for a prime minister, not a president, and the highest court is the privy council in good old England. Even the so called independence was "gifted" by England, who before leaving, wrote the Jamaican constitution, "in pencil" I might add 😂😂😂
@jamaicanprincess4124Ай бұрын
@@simonjusticier333 BS, Jamaica had the most wars against slavery, Boukman a Jamaican was one of the leaders who helped to orchestrate the haitian revolution. The 1831 rebellion in Jamaica helped the British decision to eventually abolish slavery throughout the entire empire. Thank Jamaicans for your freedom. Norman manly a Jamaican along with his government and the opposition wrote the Jamaican Constitution. Your comment reeks of jealousy.
