I think that it's to make it easier to identify each engine by their whistle. Just like real trains do.

I got my hands on the talking Nia last weekend and personally I don’t think I need any more of these. I saw the other two as well but they just didn’t strike me as impressive, Especially because I don’t go around looking for these that often.

The talking all engines go Percy is good to say the least nice of the detail, nice that they included Harold let's hope that they make a push along virgin and I do like that scrap load overall this pack isn't really that bad overall pretty good hopefully that you get talking nia.
