Thomas, 57 and still fit. Age is just a number. Your spirit is young so age is not a problem for you. My mother told me stories about the FFL when I was growing up. She was born and raised in France and went through ww11. I have a lot of respect for the Elite. Stay young. God Biess

@Jason Camden so you give out information so people can hack someone's personal info. That's a crime and shame on You.

yep The Basics ... I have been a civvie since 2001 but can still outrun 17 year olds , iron better than any lady and keep a daily routine that is tight and strict . Most people can spot an ex military man because of his walk , fearless attitude and general way of doing things years after leaving the regiment ... like we say You can take the man out of the Legion , but you can not take the Legion out of the man ...

Can you please explain how the GCP works in the 2REP? Such as how one can go about doing selection, what is involved on selection, requirements (specifically, are there any age restrictions for GCP or minimum years needed to be served before applying, etc.?). Thanks!

you are great man , a fine example of the true spirit in the legion, it would be nice to tell some history of the legion , like kolonel MARTINEZ he was the first reformer of the legion or maybe the story of GERHARD ROHLFS !!you would be the best placed person to tell. my best regards to you and keep up the spirit thomas!

Guys I am going to be joining the FFL in June 2019. But I would like to ask all you for an opinion on something that I am thinking of doing. I would like to start a small KZbin channel to post about the progress I've made so far and the road to become one of the most elite military force (my opinion only) in the world!! It will serve a purpose of showing the brutal training, the ups the downs, but most importantly to serve as a reference point for myself to keep on track. Any feedback on this would mean the world to me!! Because I know that there are many people who have been there and thinking of joining. Thank you all and especially Mr. Ghast for all he has done with his channel to guide me towards helping myself and many others who strives to be part of this elite brotherhood!!

Hi thomas sir I comment this question on all your vidoes hoping you will see it I ask what are the pissibilities after the legion what can I do after that 5 years what carreer paths can I choose

So I gather the point is, if you're not already a athletic person, have a tenacious attitude, and can go hours doing something you don't like doing, you're not fit for the Legion. You can take a man out of the Legion, but you'll never take the Legion out of the man. If you haven't already, make sporty things your schedule. Force yourself to wake up when you don't want to, and start doing exercise. You must have this kind of mindset, that every day will be as strict and clean as the next.

yes ... It’s La Legion not Les Boy Scouts .. big tough guys but it’s not all what JCVD would have you believe ... In ANY army or military service there are moments of action but these are always outweighed by the normal things in life ... i never understood taking a famas apart a zillion times until Guyane and never understood waiting around in the back of a vab just waiting and waiting until Yougoslavia ...
