Agreed! I think these make decent thermal affordable to a whole new audience.

The biggest problem with thermal scopes or monoculars is the price and any manufacturer that can produce a decent product at an affordable price will certainly make a difference. We would all love to buy a 3, 4 or 5k product but in the real world that's not possible so a good thermal scope That's under 2k is great I think

Disastrous support , the firmware update is also a disaster. This is no way to sell a product in today's world. The company could learn from Hikmicro and Infiray. Pixra C450 owner

That's one of the first Pixfra models and it wasn't for sale in the UK. Pixfra have come a long way since then and in the UK that includes exceptional customer support... that extends to seeing if there's anything I can do to help you resolve the issue here on our KZbin channel.
