They leak because super cheap quality of material plus cheap manufacturing process, coupled with insufficient, sealants, and improper fastening used from factory. Looks to be the standard to only last 3 to 4 years and then you replace . Don’t know about this one. It could be a higher quality.? Most of the ones I’m referring to are the over the shower type.
