Rabbit Shooting in the Scottish Highlands | Game Eater

Today I'm in Perthshire in Scotland, on the hunt for a rabbit or two. Gamekeeper Josh Burton and I ferreted a game staple that has been on the menu for millennia - well, we start with ferrets and swiftly resort to dogs and a shotgun. Our bunnies are then roasted on an open flame and served on creamy polenta.

I came across this video looking up hunting vids. At the beginning I thought “this guy is drugged out of his mind” and then halfway through it I was like “holy shit this guy is cooking his ass off”. I have since watched a lot of your videos. I really respect your approach to the game and how you constantly advocate for fresh and in season ingredients.
