Unfortunately they are allocated on arrival so you get what you're given. I booked it through Thomson holidays and it was marketed as a 'plus' villa. A local company in Orlando then allocates the villas when you arrive.

Hi Richard, what was the average price for this villa, was it in a safe environment and was it within close proximity to the parks ?

Hi, I can't remember the price but for a 5 bed villa it wasn't unreasonable. It was a very safe environment, it was a gated community which was great, nice and secure. As with a lot of these places, a car is needed to get to the parks, there is no way you could walk. A car is a definite must, even to go to the local Walmart. The US is massive so you end up driving 45 minutes to a restaurant but to be honest I found the driving good fun so part of the holiday

Hi, yes there was. It was a small safe but fine for cash and documents. Not sure if this is the norm for a plus villa though.

Hi, yes there was. Just a few essentials but Walmart is very close by so no problems at all

Yes, it was allocated on arrival however we were lucky.

Yes, it was very nice. A short drive to all the local shops etc, you definitely need a car though
