Its interesting how stories change and evolve. Lal Shahbaz qalandar is indeed for whom Jhulelal is used but his name was Usman Marwandi, at least in sindh pakistan, it is NOT sheikh tahir or udero lal, Udero Lal is another saint with his tomb in Tando Adam, he is sometimes refered to as jhulelal by local hindu sindhis as well but he is NOT lal shahbaz. The qawali Sakshi sings at the end also says "Sindhri da, SEHWAN da, sakhi shahbaz qalandar" i.e. Usman Marwandi from Sehwan Sharif in Sindh.

As far as my ancestors told us is that jhulelal is sindhi isht devta not connected with any muslim names as mentioned... He is reincarnation of varun devta from ocean and came to save the sindhis when they started worshipping the lord after being tortured badly by Muslim men.. these muslims would also rape the wives of sindhi men...so jhulelal was the savior for sindhis in that way... I have never ever heard of such muslim names as its being referred here for jhulelal...

most of sindhis live in pakistan bro, both muslim AND hindu. and jhulelal as shahbaz qalandar is correct but she is wrong thats not tahir shah and it is not udero lal either thats a separate shrine in Tando Adam, NOT jhulelal. even the qawwali dama dam mast qalandar starts with "yar meri pat rakhiyo bhala jhule lalan sindhri da, sehwan da sakhi shahbaz qalandar'. there is a huge urs for lal shahbaz qalandar in Sehwan sharif, the heart of Sindh province. also the papad thing is not a sindhi thing common in province of Sindh at all. these are more of acquired and evolved stories and dishes of the sindhi diaspora out of sindh. rest is simply stories, muslims and hindus both have divergent stories.

@@msmkp01 I understand your part but saying that papad is not a Sindhi thing I cannot agree bcoz my ancestors were from Sakhar until partition happened and they were thrown out of there own home went through alot of suffering all the Sindhi's have gone through so I wanted to say papad is a very sindhi thing and there is much more in Pak now Hindu Sindhis are very less in population most of Sindhi are settled abroad and here yes we are a small community but still we very much love our papad and sindhi food and other things
