For the last 2 years i have been suffering from thoracic back pain. The pain will even start even when I have walked long distances . I can also feel the pain toward the front below my left breast. Sometimes when the pain gets too much , I get my son to stand on that spot either the heel of his foot and that will give me a bit of relief later. Is there any fix for this pain ?

You should see a physical therapist for that. Pain can have multiple causes and you want to be sure that what's causing yours to get a more effective treatment plan.

spandan pate I think most are generalized upper quadrant scan. Look it up, it’s really useful
