Thorang La Pass | Annapurna Circuit - Part 2

We returned back from Tilicho and stayed on Upper Shree Kharka (4200M). We were quite happy that we found a room to stay, our previous days were spent in kitchen due to high number of people visiting Tilicho. In this video, I'll walk you through the trails of Thorang La Pass (5416M) - which acts as a border between Manang and Mustang.

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND (Based on my personal experience)
On the very first day of this trek, we were aiming to reach Thorang Phedi (Thorang Base Camp) which was quite ambitious. So, we had to rush our way through the trails. Took us more than 12 hours to reach Thorang Phedi.
Takeaway: Rest at Yak Kharka or the next stop and take your time to enjoy the nature.
Before planning, make sure to inquire about accomodations, checkpoints and road conditions to make the most out of your trek.

DAY 4
- Upper Shree Kharka (4200M) - Yak Kharka (4020M) - 4-5 hours trek
- Yak Kharka (4020M) - Thorang Phedi (4450M) - 6-7 hours trek
DAY 5
- Thorang Phedi (4450M) - Thorang La Pass (5416M) - 6-8 hours trek
- Thorang La Pass (5416M) - Mustang (3800M) - 5-6 hours trek
