@@stormexon8665 Basically you have to mic a drum set or trigger it to produce a recording of live drums. Most people program their drums because it's easier to not only produce a steadier even (dynamically speaking) sound, but its also more cost effective and requires less engineering to produce a punchy sound. I have a few songs on my page with some banging programmed drums for comparison. Also programming drums doesn't take away from the drummer. If you have someone who can throw down on whatever you can think up than by all means who really cares...not the listeners!

I’ve heard their music before but today, I heard for the first time, Lily and the Moon. This song is simply badass! I have to be able to “feel” a song.
