Guy wasn't singing, was talking and holding his words. ' Thats not a true performance, plus their new songs are fucking shit. Ruins their whole set, even lily and the moon was 10/10 terrible. No heart poured into it. Aussie accent masked with an american accent. I see right through the bullshit. Worse vocals than darkpool.

Meh, this was super basic vocals, lot more talking than singing. The mixing edit couldn't save how shit they sounded. Heard them better live here in Australia where they are from. Could notice they were going to do a shit show, when the accent was Americanised when doing crowd work. Plus they are going down the sellout route, so if you think this is good then chuck BMTH in the rotation also. Check out their content before the demise. Edit: Everyone in the metal scene around here is over Thornhill. You americans can have him, since Thornhill wants to do the usual, thanks for launching us Australia, now we are too good. Meanwhile us Aussies are like lol. *Throws album in the bin*

When Thornhill was here in Orlando, Holding Absence was sick so they got to play an extended set and their set list was entirely different and opened with views from the sun it was insaaaaaane. They are seriously one of the best bands live currently

When they played with ERRA on the most recent tour, their set was The Hellfire Club, Views From the Sun, Arkangel, Leather Wings, Raw, Casanova, Where We Go When We Die. It was incredible. Sounds better than it did on tour with dayseeker. Views and Where we go when we die were my favorites, but the entire set was so incredibly mindblowingly good

Saw them open for erra 3 days ago, hadn’t heard anything besides lily and the moon prior. They were amazing, and I have been listening to them nonstop since then. Loved the aesthetic that Jacob and Ethan put on as well, was perfect for their set.

This band is tight in all aspects a band should be individually! Holy shit, each guitarist and that bassist is absolutely murdering it!!!! The snare sounds so damn filthy while being totally clean and then there is the vocals....If Matt from Muse and Chino from Deftones had a lab to grow a vocalist, Jacob would be the result. Get the band a solid LD and they're complete.
