It's called Thornton le Dale but not in the dales. It's on the edge of the North Yorkshire moors.

We visited last week and did not dissapoint.. Will be visiting again as soon as the museum is done and spending more time exploring around.. And of course come buy more t-shirts thanks to the lady (Paul's Mrs I think) who let me park outside the door for some pics 👍🏽 Ice cream shop and chip shop were 10/10 also 👌🏽

I used to catch fish in that beck when I was a kid. I grew up two villages away and went to primary school in Thornton. My Mum lives in the Alms houses. The lady getting the pics was outside my mums. Quite often did jobs along with Mike Barnes too. 👍

Love this programme , My favourite car from a Youngster has & always will be the Morris Van , Love them . And the only thought Ive had is We see the "Family " taking it in turns in front of the Camera ,We See the Brothers , with their Children .
