The state of any government, whether local or federal, mirrors the quality of its leadership. When you examine Tiffany’s past ventures, it becomes clear that none lasted beyond six months. She defaulted on bank loans, failed to pay rent at where she conducted her businesses, and left many people unpaid, and to my knowledge, she never made good on those debts. She struggles to manage money, time, people, and, most critically, herself. Tiffany Henyard is absolutely NO LEADER. This mayor doesn't have a clue what leadership is; it's always everyone else's fault. I worked for a County Supervisor's office and our County Supervisor always maintained professionalism and was able to account for every penny spent by her department and staff. We spent far less than what was budgeted to eliminate wasteful spending.

A good leader works with the other board members to get the "business done", but the supervisor does not provide proper documentation regarding the "budget" and it's full of questionable financial transactions and the Trustee folks are wise to stay away from it. The Supervisor is not a good leader and should not be sitting on any board, the amount of damage done by Tiffany financially, and in the voter's faith in the system is massive. I hope Tiffany gets tossed out of office and that a much better person takes her place.
