holy suffering man that was an awesome introduction. I'm just getting back to feeling better and loosening up a bit tonight. Between exercises the last 2 days and staying up late last night (New Years Eve). I will never stay up late again unless she's worth it. I was spent. I had a good supper tonight and then thought I should do some stretching. I also needed wood so I took the sled over to the wood shed. Every time I reached for a piece of wood I'd stretch everything a little bit. I don't know if it was that or just getting up and moving around a bit but I really feel good now. I've got to split some kindling and start a pretty big sewing job on my favorite sweater. It's going to take a long time but it's a gorgeous sweater. I get easily tightened up which I can see would eventually lead to more serious immobility but just moving a bit regularly does wonders. Thanks for putting this video together and posting it here.
