So incredibly helpful. All of ur videos are. Love ur explanationsI I literally gave up on any type of exercise because everything is too hard. And like u said in a recent video nothing is MS workout unless it's an geared to Ms patients. I really have transverse myelitis but close enough.

I love your videos because they are so clear, short enough for me to remember 🤪 and seem doable!! I know that attaining a stronger core is central to my balance. I will work on this!
