Nice te see that I actually have been doing the right things to get off the floor. My question is, do you have any suggestions for getting DOWN onto the floor?

Again love your videos but really need to see how to get up from falling down when I’m outside or don’t have a bed or step!

I sooo appreciate everything you do for the MS community. Your PT videos are awesome and I try to incorporate as many exercises as I am able. PT is essential everyday as it's a battle to stay strong and flexible. I tried the belly roll and don't have the strength to lift myself, let alone pull my legs up under me. Then there's that left foot drop. Getting that in the forward position for leverage is always fun. I'm a bit of a "turtle on its back" but find that a left roll and push-up works for me. With my legs folded to the side, I can usually hand-walk forward to a crawl position, pull up to my knees, and then pull myself up. Thank you again for your generosity.

Thank you so very much I have been dealing with multiple sclerosis for 22 years and I was recently diagnosed with secondary progressive multiple sclerosis. I fall a lot and have to call for help but I have fallen without any way to call for help.

Bless you really, you are inspiring. However when I look at the heading of the video & see that it’s going to take almost 30 minutes to get off the floor…I need an abbreviated version! I’ll fall asleep, honestly before it’s over. And I say this as someone who loves your videos!

I have been in a chair for 3 years I cant walk YET. But I am able to stand now. I could not even stand before. My question is I fell once and didn't have trouble getting off the floor because I am hyper mobile. I just did a stretch to get off the floor. My bone density is so weak now if I fell I would break something and I already have. But my question is how do I get onto the floor. Getting up is the easy part for me because of my flexibility, Its not the correct way but I get it done. But I cant get onto the floor. How do I get onto the floor? My balance is way off and I am weak!
