Mythic Legions is a great example of parts re-use done right. Clever use of paint and new tooling to create characters that look distinct even if they share most parts, like Hadriana and Avarona.

Haven't bought a Mythic Legions figure before, but I'm getting impatient waiting for my Cosmic Legions and this figure looks awesome. Definitely gonna pick her up, love the colours on her.

Pretty sure it's a new torso strap. Didn't see many people mentioning it when we saw her figure revealed, but it was one of the selling features for me. Glad we're getting some similarly new torso belts with the knights in the Necrinominus wave.

Love this figure. She may not have a ton of new parts but she’s perfectly executed imo. I also think that strap is new and I dig it

Bill, I never had her buck mate 😅. I like this design better always been more of a Dark Forces guy. I like the option to switch out the plastic or cloth tabard(part). It's a chance to get that axe as well. The eyes do have it 😉 great review ✌️

A new visor option for that head that covers the eyes, and leaves the mouth open would be fun.

The real reason Lady Avarona turned evil is because she heard some tea about herself that she had only told 1 person. She grew up around whispervale. Naturally the Whisperlings attended every party at Avarona Manor. Even though they didn’t bother inviting Lady Averona to any of their elf parties, she became best friends with a whisperling she elf. As they bonded, Lady Avarona wanted to seal their friendship with a secret. She told her whisperling friend the Avarona secret. Her parents were actually siblings!! Myria Goldenbranch had the best of intentions. She never meant to betray her friend. But one night, all the whisperlings were drinking their zima and she end up blabbing to all the other elves. The next morning Myria hoped the rumor would be forgotten. Much to her dismay, she heard the rumor from 3 different elves by elevenses. The more she tried to quell the rumor, the more the flames of betrayal spread through the land. Eventually Lady Avarona had worked her way through the ranks of the Army of Leodysseus. She had but 1 final task to become one of the few female knights. She had an interview with Attila Leossyr. King Attila’s ears reached very far. By chance he had heard the gossip, while getting a haircut. But the King was ignorant to the fact that it was a deep dark secret. Seemingly everyone knew. It wasn’t, after all, too uncommon in those days. The interview was going great!! King Attila was sure he would be getting a great knight, Lady Avarona was was excited for all her future glory. Then the worst thing happened. Attila casually mentioned that he has a friend that married his sister. Lady Avarona blacked out. The next thing she remembered is swearing before Leodysseus that she would have blood for this betrayal!! She would burn Xylona’s flock to the ground so that the world would forget that elves ever walked Mythos. The rest is history. She eventually joined Arethyr and sought revenge. She had to go through the Army of Leodyssus 1st but that didn’t quell the rage in her heart. Only death could quench that eternal flame. That’s how I heard it anyway. From a whisperling…
