I know Mafatuncle . Very humble person. Mafatbhai and Tulsibhai both worked really hard to built Patel Brothers empire. Everytime I visit their store on Devon Avenue they were there greeting customers. Hard work pays off. They are the live example of it.

Amazing business acumen. When they opened Naperville store a white American guy in my office came to me and told me about it. There prices were really low. I thought it must be inaugural discount.. its been 3-4 months now and still prices are low. They are beating walmart, target and all other fresh grocery stores are shutting down in Naperville. I am amazed to see so many americans and asian(chinese,koreans etc.) in a India store. And I must say I have never seen such a great customer service in any indian store before. Keep it up guys !!

Rashi Bhatnagar They are cons.. 70% of items in store are expired and they fool people by cheating with expiration stickers.. they don’t even pay official minimum wage to their labour employees. should be arrested. if you want to do business, do it honestly, not by cheating

No, that's an ignorant reply. Desi Employers leave no choice, most of them offer you same rates. Indian store and restaurant owners won't be willing to bend a knee after opening stores and employ cheap labors. On other hand, caucasian owners and their family mostly will be working and then they will employ others if need be, at legal rates.
