i thought i knew about CBT because i would always hear about it but ive never realised how a cycle like this can make someone feel worse. Seeing it like this is such an eye opener to think this is what we do to ourselves.

Love the way it was put.. I actually hoped the video would continue even though it achieved the purpose purely because it was very well made! Thanks Heather!

This is beatiful and easy explained! I love it! This ist the holy trinity in every ancient culture and religion. Thought emotion and action is the ONLY thing we have actually control over. Thought is the initialising energy. The beginning, God. Emotions is the feminin feeling energy. Compassion and understanding for others. Thats the holy spirit, the holy feminin. Action is the holy son. The result of both, thought and emotion combined.

Thought: I see video but no sound. Emotion: Puzzled, nonplussed, baffled. Action: turn all volume up and watch video. Next video. Thought: Arghh! this is loud! Emotion: fear loud noise will upset someone. Action: Remember to adjust volume between videos.

Wish the sound was louder. It's hard to hear, but so well put together visually and language.

The base model really should be Emotions Intentions Actions. The intended thought towards action is triggered by the emotional response...

crazy how they plagiarized Scientology but they twisted it. The true source of this information is a book in Scientology written in the 1950s called Advanced Procedure and Axioms and the accompanying lectures also delivered when the book first came out is called "Thought, Emotion and Effort"

Heather - any way to have this video without the connection to your website? I would like to use this for my students on virtual school, but I need any questions or comments to come back to me.
