I have allergies that include but are not limited to: Wheat Dairy Peanuts Treenuts Shellfish Pork Cheyenne pepper (spelling?) Paprika Corn Tomatoes Indoor dust & fungi Outdoor dust, pollen & fungi Industrial & household cleaning chemicals Industrial epoxies & glues I didn’t learn that till age 29, I have had beyond chronic pain due to muscular swelling and nerve pressure. Still can’t cut to “zero” but I am down 40% after 4 years of work. You can’t pause life to deal with this issue, you still have to work, go to school, be nice to your friends and family, and clean up and do laundry. It doesn’t matter if you’re in pain, and you will never leave, you can reduce, but still…
