You should be what feels right to you. It is my nature to be gentle although, I can and have put on a masculine mask. I will never compete with a man, period. The goal is to get things DONE so, I encourage creativity and care about other's well being. This allows me to relax and the work environment and relations gives me to results I want (not my way but, done). There is power in peace.😁

Girl, there's a time for everything. Naturally, masculine men respond to the masculine and feminine energy differently. Just know when "to do" and when "to be". 😊

I’ve never been reminded to be gently assertive, but I will use gentle assertion to embody my power and intelligentce to make men uncomfortable. Because they can’t handle when a woman is in her power and assertive and doing it gently.

Is that a thing in Jamaica though? I know I read a recent stats that states that Jamaica has the most female managers of any country in the world. So are men expecting women to be 'gentle ' when they are holding the most leadership roles?

Self awareness is important, however, maybe ask the complainer why they feel like that. If there's no merit, it may be a them problem
