Student stress, anxiety, and suicide are serious concerns with complex contributing factors.12 While there is no single solution, a multi-faceted approach that includes increased mental health resources, SEL programs, mindfulness techniques, reduced screen time, and positive messaging can help create a healthier and more supportive environment for young people.
